Out & Online is an online program that aims to enhance welfare and to reduce mental health symptoms among LGTBIQ between 18 and 25 years old. The program offers early attention services to anxiety and depression symptoms through psychological treatments. The users have access to interactive material about their symptoms. Among these materials there are videos, podcasts (audio files), online activities and links to other services of interest.

The Australian platform is free for everyone and it is part of an investigation program pilot conducted by searchers of the Swinburne University of Technology, the Federation University Australia and the Deakin University.
